Richard was very helpful, but after my $1600 major maintainance, I had to return to get a turn indicator bulb replaced. It had failed pre appointment and we were all aware at sign in. When I returned, it was handled quickly and expeditiously. No waiting. That was great.

I am disappointed with Lexus because both of my vehicle's front door locks failed. It is not normal wear and tear for both locks to fail at the same time. I think Lexus should recognize this and waive the repair costs.
