But I wish your service reps would not reset my settings- happens each time-
Ie Auto lights turn off, rear mirror rest and auto turn in shut off. Last Friday when the lights did not come-had to stop and then realized that the auto light switch was turned OFF.

Need better car rental clerk or truely 100% filled gas car. Got a 90% gas filled car, while the paper said completely full. I end up waiting in dealer at whole time while car is serviced. Only drive out of lot and drive drive back in, and was asked to pay gas. Does this sound like a joke?

Fred told me the technician found a nail in my (front right) tire, which was taken out before I could see it. The next thing was telling me it costs $60 to patch it! Is this a reasonable charge when many other shop could do the simple fix for $10? So I told him I will not get it fixed there, they told me they would put on my spare for me. After I got the tire fixed, the brake made noises, steering wheels vibrated. Putnam offered me to take the car back to check, but I took it back to my shop, which told me the other (front left) tire’s balance was a little off. You know I don’t care about the free coffee and snack you offered, I was there for car service. You’d rather put me through all the troubles of putting on my spare than a $10 fix job, provided I have already paid $100+ for the service. It made me wonder what your technician has done for $100 job, when a simple plug / patch work is charging me $60, I hope I did not get a luxury car wash only for $100+.
