Well, I filled out the service follow up when I got home and was gonna bring it in tomorrow… David Liss is over the top fantastic! He asks me what concerns I’m having and follows up on all… he makes suggestions which help and follows up on so much! I have a couple neighbors who want to go and buy a new car or a used car at LEXUS because they see how happy I am and have been since I’ve been driving a Lexus (since 2002). David is a very personable, understanding and helpful employee, and another reason I will always stick with LEXUS!
