The individuals in management are stellar. However, everyone else has been borderline rude to me or I’ve observed rudeness to other customers. In addition, my car came back from the car wash with streaks on the windows and while the body was cleaner, the windows were not. At least this time, the leather on the steering wheel was not damaged from someone who cleaned the interior. Overall, I’ve not been impressed.
