At first, I was told by one of the intake guys that they do mot have time for the 15000 miles. ( my first) . I was trying to call in for appointment but somehow I could not get through. Announcement, first they open at 9am . Menu no choice for service. Then I googled with service and the announcement was nobody available to take the call. So I had to come in. Luckily when I told one of the secretaries my issue, she checked the schedule for tge same day and found an opening that day.
The service guy was friendly and finished ahead of time originally estimated at the front desk. He promised to deliver and he did it on time. Car has netter mileage use than when I first got it. Happy customer.
