I came with two problems other than normal service. A problem with the tire pressure system was the main one. I needed new tires and instead of letting me know that something could be done about while the tires were off, nothing was even mentioned about it until I forced the issue when the system warning light was still on when I picked up my car.

Very happy with pro-active Joe was in getting a claim to cover the costs for my tire replacement. It caught me completely by surprise and am super grateful.
