I need to make sure that the automatic transmission fluid level is proper as my transmission occasionally isn’t able to shift from park to drive (I shift the lever, but the transmission is stuck in neutral) . This is a simple operation - there is a bolt that needs to be removed and a finger stuck into the hole to see if the fluid comes up to the hole. I’ve been denied this simple test every time I’ve asked with the statement that this is a sealed transmission... sure, until it isn’t!
The inability of the Lexus service department to perform this simple test does not inspire confidence in doing any other work that has been recommended... I’ll likely seek an outside garage to do this work.

Fadi did an excellent job-great Rep for your dealership.
My one issue was that my Oxygen sensor was communicated by the smog station I used was not operating.
Service at Lexus states that they had checked it out and it should be fine.
