I came in to get right headlight bulb. A rather simple task one would think. However, I’m loosing faith in this particular dealership. The mechanic did not put back the inside panel correctly on my car. I would like to have the General Manager of this location or maybe someone higher up to give me a call.
Mr. Nguyen, customers service was outstanding but a simple task of changing a bulb and not putting back the inside the bumper panel is beyond my comprehension! I’m scheduled for Saturday at 8 to have this put back properly!
