Greg Dong is always kind and professional. He always takes the time to give me updates regarding the work on my car and thoroughly explains things. My one issue was that my Oxygen sensor was communicated by the smog station I used was not operating.
Service at Lexus states that they had checked it out and it should be fine.

Brought my vehicle in do to a ignition start issue. Was told by service that it was a battery issue (battery was six months old). Went to First Interstate where had a new battery installed. Ended up with dead battery once again on side of road. Called Lexus service told my key fob might be the cause. Back to first interstate where they directed me to A+ Japanese, who immediately advised of a service bulletin regarding this issue from Lexus on my car. A+ brought my car to Lexus for fix.....$630 later paid to Lexus (not including Uber rides, new battery cost, diagnostic costs) seeing more draining issues - now clock doesn’t keep time. Really frustrated with Lexus at $900+ in costs.
