My F Sport has only 36000 miles and has had a rattle since the first month I owned it. Several dealers have simply l”tightened” something in the sunroof. This time I’m told I need to replace the entire assembly for $5000 and it’s no longer covered by warranty. It’s been a problem since the first mile! Terrible quality and so disappointing. Lexus national offers me a “goodwill” credit of $1500? Laughable and such poor service. Completely blows the Lexus mystique.
This will be my last one.

Excellent idea to offer a Concierge type service to your clients. Because of Covid-19 I’ve neglected bringing my Lexus in for service for an oil change & battery charge. I was very sick last March/April so I don’t run errands like normal. The American Gov’t (Trump Administration) have been totally inept and MIA managing this terrible pandemic.
