Greg is the most outstanding service agent!!! I have been working with him as long as I’ve owned my Lexus. He is personable and professional and always accommodating especially when I have just dropped by to have my tires checked. He definitely goes above and beyond - he’s the best!!

We had a horrible experience with the finance person whom we found to be deceitful. A check for our trade in car value was promised the next day, but the commitment was not honored. In fact, the day after we signed the papers, we were told to expect the check 3-5 days even through it was specifically discussed before we signed the lease deal and did the trade in, and a commitment to honor the payment was made the next day. There is no semblance of customer service or commitment once the paperwork’s signed. Our phone calls were passed around as no one in this dealership seems responsible or is held accountable for lying and terrible customer service.

I bought my vehicle from platinum Lexus. I had my first service at platinum Lexus which was excellent.Then, for my second service (10k) for my vehicle, I checked the engine oil, engine filter, brakes cleaning and etc... was done. However, when I checked tire rotation, it was not done! I had to use my own time and effort to rotate my tires! I guess technician didn’t care and the service advisor didn’t check the report before emailing me that my car is ready.
