Mario told me to wait in lounge & Enterprise would deliver s car to me. After 45 min I was told to get in a van with another person & taken to Ennterprise to get my car. After waiting another 30 plus min the car I’m offered was either small as a smart car or huge Expedition. I asked for a mid size car and they said I had to wait another 15 min for it to be cleaned. Came back to me and said they are on break and it would be another half hour. I called Mario and said I want my car back and will reschedule. It took me another half hour to get back to Lexus. I should have been told this upfront as I would have rescheduled in the first place. Enterprise was rude to me and left me outside in a driveway waiting for shuttle. I actually ordered an Uber to get back to Lexus cause there driver wasn’t back yet and then canceled cause the kid in the van arrived just before uber did.When I left the car they said I could have was still sitting in line to be cleaned. It was 2 hours from when I dropped my car off to when I got it back a complete waste of my morning. I reschedule for next Monday me really early to be assured I would have a Lexus loaner. I would never allow this to happen to me again. There was a line of about 6 or 7 people waiting for their cars. Also, enterprise agent said if I took the larger car I would be charged the difference. Worse service ever and very disorganized. This is not the Lexus service I typically receive but there should have been a phone call to me with an option to reschedule and there was not. I came all the way from Half Moon Bay and now I have to do it again this coming Monday. I hope it goes much smoother

The people at Putnam Lexus were very nice, but the warranty response was terrible. I went in for a covered checkup, 2 weeks later I got my car back. 10 to 12 days of waiting for approval. This makes a person believe that Lexus doesn't wish to honor warranties. Again, Eric and others at Putnam were very helpful.
