George was 10 minutes late to my appointment. He then said it would cost $60 to just diagnose the tire issue and if the tire could be repaired, the $60 would also cover the fix. Took my car in in April, 2019 for the same problem and the mechanic put it in the lift and diagnosed the problem for free. After telling George I wanted to call a couple other places due to the $60 minimum charge he said he could wait for me and it might be a long time before he could get back to me. Didn’t appreciate the snarkiness of the comment so I got my car, left and went to Les Schwab where they diagnosed the problem (nail in the tire) and fixed it for free. First experience with Putnam in April, 2019 was great, second experience was terrible. Likely won’t be returning anytime soon...

Putnam Lexus has an excellent service team. Exceeded my expectations, no worries or headaches. I’ve been to a few dealerships in the area and Putnam Lexus has the friendliest, most professional and courteous staff. They never had me wait extended periods of time. At other dealerships I was waiting 30-45 minutes past my appointment time just to get checked in and after that I would have to call to find out if my car was ready or not.
