Eric is great! I was disappointed at cost of replacing a tire. My car was just purchased and has 7k miles. I asked initially about warranty coverage since I felt I could go to my mechanic who has been servicing my previous lexus’. Well wasn’t informed till a few hours later that can’t repair and needed new tire but unable to do that day. End of story, got loaner and had to pay for tire patch(not used) and much wasted time. Eric did best he could!!! I feel that Lexus could have replaced tire for cost + labor. I m quite sure Pleasanton where I purchased car would have done better and I’m also sure my mechanic would have done much better with time and cost!! Very pleased with Eric but not so with putnam

The service was great once I arrived. But you must do something about your phone system. There is no one answering the phone when you call for an appointment or try to call to check on things. The most common response I got was leave a message. It is the first impression you get when you try to contact your dealership. That is not good business.

The car was washed and they said everything was great and the car was ready to go. I asked them to do a test drive because i always hear a grinding or resonance noise. I asked them to do a test drive. Later when I picked up the car they had identified over $10,000 of repairs that needed to be done. They found the time to find $10,000 worth of repairs, but never did the test drive like I asked. No i am not happy.

Hello, My service advisor - Mario was very friendly and polite through the entire process with my car having to be serviced through warranty. I will definitely come back again for any service and future purchase of a new vehicle through Putnam of Redwood City with the continued excellent customer service. The only issue I had after picking up my car was the service technician didn’t align and adjust my back-up rear view camera correctly, which I will need to bring the car back in for this adjustment. Overall, thanks customer service from Mario! Thank you.
