Unsatisfied that carvana and SilverRock are not properly synced with Putnam Lexus in terms of warranties, reimbursement rates for labor, and such. Seriously thinking of returning the car.
Also it would have helped if George mentioned when we spoke at 4:16PM that he was heading out at 4:30. I was hoping that the USB ports could be fixed if George talked with SilverRock for the payment of service today. Unfortunately SilverRock closed at 5pm today, and are out until Jan 4.
