I wasn’t a Lexus fan ( my son wanted a used Lexus) or someone who went to the dealer for service. Because of David I’m thinking about getting a Lexus myself. I’ve seen David 3 times for major things the car needed …each time his service and explanations were great. David also has great follow up, Not to mention The cost was less then the independent shops and I received genuine Lexus parts. Better give him a raise. I’m sure other dealers have an eye on him.
