David is very patient & thorough; however, the runners get a grade of F. They purposely made me wait for my car after completed wash. I saw David told them to bring the car up to me after the wash. The guy acted as he knew nothing - he just returned the key to cashier area. No wonder David is overwork. These runners are useless - don’t care about customer service.
David had to go on lunch. You need to train your runners.

Ben was very thorough in explaining my service and my vehicle was ready when he said it would be. The customer service representative who did the check out process for me both days was very professional and helpful. I have come back to Putnam Lexus from Serramonte Lexus, even though it is a much longer drive for me, because of their superior customer service and availability of appointments.

When I made the appointment on the phone, the lady told me the services will take 1.5 to 2 hours. When I took my car in, the service adviser said it would take 2 to 2.5 hours. I was waiting in the lounge area. The car was not done until 3.25 hours later. Two issues: (1) If I knew it would take that long, I would have a different arrangement. (2) Someone should provide an update on the delay, especially I was waiting in the lounge area.
