This is the second time I had to bring my car in with a leaky roof. It wasn't fixed back Oct.30th for the first time. This time I brought it in a week ago Tuesday at 9am. They told me it would be done in 2 to 3 days. I didn't hear back from them, so I called them on Friday to find out they had just started working on it that day. They called me today, Wednesday, to say they couldn't find where it was leaking, so I came and picked it up. During this time, I brought our other Lexus in, when I found out as I was driving that the exclamation light had come on and thought they were the best people to pump up my tire or tell me it was a malfunction and not to worry. They had me go to the waiting room and after 1 1/2 hours, I went outside to see how much longer it would be. It turned out whoever was supposed to check it out had forgotten all about it! We'll be taking our 2 Lexus up to Serramonte from now on.

I’ve been to Putnam Lexus 3 times in the last two weeks to fix a problem with drivers seat recall not working. Alma was great. But she’s not a technician and the technicians have not been able to solve the problem. I’m waiting to hear next steps after sending in a video Alma requested after the 3rd visit.

Alma was good to work with and advised me on the best service for my car. The back gate on the car was not fully secured so when I drove off the car kept giving me intermittent alarms but no message and I was afraid to take it on the freeway. I came back and the young male "greeter" took a ride around the block with me but the alarms stopped. I checked the back gate before I left and it was closed but not completely secured. This was frustrating for sure. Otherwise service was ok but the 2.5-hr wait seemed pretty long for an oil change. Since the car is well out of warranty, I think it's time to start taking it to an independent garage where I can actually talk with the mechanic. I appreciate the car wash and the detailed report.
