Ben was so nice! My car was dirty when I received it back. I know they wash your car when you take it for maintenance but it was clear they had not wiped anything down and Barry cleaned the back windows. I was disappointed by this and now still have to go pay to get it washed. Otherwise Ben himself was wonderful, kind, trustworthy, and conscious of my time needs. Thanks Ben!

I was completely satisfied with everything but the checkout service. He did not even thank me for my business after I signed the paperwork and he gave me my copy. I then had to askhim if that was all and he replied “yes” so I then just left. Mario had told me where my car would be but the guy checking me out at the front desk didn’t even check with me on that or offer to point me in the right direction.
