The overall service was great!! As usual. And when I drove off the lot there was a few drops of dirty water on my side mirror & driver window but I just laughed to my self & thought well it all can’t be perfect every time. But later in the dsy when I went out & the sun was in a different place, I saw the left side of my front window had a full dirty strip down the window as if instead of using a rag to dry the window the wipers were turned on so the left window and mirror are very dirty. Not like it was just washed. Not a biggie but that is a first!! Always before you come home feeling happy & proud of your vehicle.

George was the best Lexus service person I have met. I was not impressed with my previous service, which was below standard, no communications and no follow up. George gave me hope again, I felt bad for purchasing Lexus but not anymore. His communications is quick and straight to the point and easy to understand. More than that, he even checked and follow up with my previous service that never get done. His value cannot be trained, I think it is who he is. A detail person with a great service mind.
