I appreciate the fact that loaner cars are offered when service is being performed on your vehicle A luxury brand needs to offer this service. As a 50 year who is in physical therapy working on his bad back, without sounding like an ingrate, a loaner vehicle that is mid-sized (GS ) or larger would really be appreciated. It would help me get in and out more easily and with less pain. I had a UX loaner today and really enjoyed driving it except for getting in and out. Thank you!
