It was the first time I had George as my service manager and he was terrible. I told him I had an appointment at 2pm and I needed to be out by 130pm. He said it wouldn’t be a problem. I was there almost 2.5 hrs. At 12:55 I finally approached the check out desk and the young man who was there went to check on the status of my car. Come to find out George had gone to lunch. The young man continued to help me as he knew I had to leave soon. He found my keys. I get to my car and it was dry which tells me the car had been ready for a while. I ask the young man “do I sign any papers? I normally do.” He tells me that George was at lunch and he did not do my paperwork yet. I normally have Mario Milleza and don’t know why I got George. I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE GEORGE HELP ME AGAIN.
