Ben very nice. Courteous. I often get serviced at Glendale Lexus. Car always feels tighter and tuned up. This service the vehicle felt no different. Seems my experience with Putnam even with my old vehicle was alway $$$ you need to do something right now. I don’t feel comfortable with that. If my brakes need to be done and filters replaced I’m thinking of going somewhere else to do this at lower cost or in Glendale when I’m there again. I’m not feeling that good about todays experience. Reviews of Putnam as a dealership reflect the same. I’m a little upset. Do you honestly have my best interest at heart?? I have a service agreement and warranty prepaid plan and to get sticker shocked today took me by surprise. It doesn’t sit well. My advisor in Glendale always had my best interest involved. Such as your coming up on needing something vs the fear of something “failed” and need to pay upright now.

Minor issue: Even after safety check, the tire pressure was low, all at 33 psi instead of the recommended 35 psi. I went to a gas station later that same day to bring up the air pressure. Otherwise everything was good.
