I would like to first acknowledge Laura who I first spoke with at Putnam Lexus regarding my maintenance oil change. I leased my car from Lexus Serramonte and their maintenance dept told me since my warranty expired 2 days earlier, I have to pay for that maintenance. I then called you and spoke with Laura assured me you would work with me and gave me an appt the next day. When arriving for my appt. Fred introduced himself and said he will be taking care of handling my service. I explained briefly my conversation with Laura and he said don’t worry, we will take care of you. Thank you Laura & Fred and to the General Manager for approving this visit under the warranty. I really appreciated it very much. This is my 3rd Lexus lease ( my first 2 were at Putman Lexus.) The car was still very dirty. The gentleman that walked my wife to car from service department had to get a sponge rag and cleaner. He had to clean front grill hood and lights( bugs and dirt) the inside of the car had crumbs in cup holders and seats.
