I’ve been coming to Putnam for 7 or so years now, and usually find the experience great. I usually find Ben great as well. Yesterday was slightly less great, Ben did seem overly busy or distracted, but the car wasn’t vacuumed this time, I had requested 2 psi added to the tires, but don’t believe either occurred. Usually Ben would walk me through the inspection, talking about the brake pads and tire thread, but not this time. The problem with missing these visible things (vacuuming), puts doubts into the thoroughness of the rest of the work. Frankly, overall, I like Ben and the service, but was slightly disappointed this time
