Not sure everything done on my truck at this service visit was needed, truck not finished when I was told it would be 2:00PM and when called and said it was washed and ready it wasn’t I had to wait for it, 5:00PM. I will start looking for a new shop to maintain my vehicles as well as where I will buy my next truck. Eddie did an amazing job taking care of my power steering recall issue. I had originally tried a closer ford dealer that left me feeling like getting my power steering fixed would be a huge hassle on my part. Eddie was professional and the entire service from start to finish was very fast and excellent. Would definitely travel out of my way to use Grapevine Ford again.
