Pillar panels were not put back on correctly. One panel was scratched up. An oily hand print was on the headliner.

Pete Roswell is the BEST service advisor I have ever had. I am in my 2nd Ford Product in the past 20 years and have had interaction with several service advisors, but he is the best by far!
