Mike was great!!! He made me feel welcome and treated like a family member! I didn’t have an appointment and he informed of the possible wait time before taking my vehicle and was able to have my vehicle serviced in a very timely fashion. I’ll be back at Grapevine Ford and I hope Mike will be there when I return.
