Eddie was FANTASTIC help! I was able to come in on my lunch break and get in and out with my rental car in 40 minutes! This was my first time coming to the dealership alone and he was able to guide me through everything I needed to do. I will most definitely ask for him next time I have any issues with my car! This man deserves a raise or something. I will also recommend him to other Ford drivers for their needs as well! Also shout out to Ruthann for helping me with my rental, she was very sweet and very quick!
Only downside was the scheduling. I had spoke with a Tiffany on the phone to schedule my appointment and apparently I wasn’t in the system and neither was my information. Again props to Eddie for helping me even though there was a scheduling error.

Issue was not solved. Catalytic converters was replaced, and on way home the check engine light came back on. I was very surprised in the first place that the cat was bad and asked about the sensor. I was told that their is another code for a bad sensor.
