It’s nice to walk into a service department and recognize the person who helped you on your previous visit. Having “that guy” helps to overcome the trust issues so many have when dealing with any service department. Pete has always shot me straight and earned my trust.

The repair was great. And Michael was great with his communication. The only downfall was the time it took to have the repair made. It was dropped off on Friday evening after business hours. We had called Saturday morning about our vehicle. And never got a response after we left a message. We were able to arrive 2 hours after we had called. The envelope with our key and information was on the assistant managers desk. But never called us. Better communication is key with any business. And customer service. I have been in the field for over 25 years. Part of that was as a Automotive service technician. Working in for dealerships right out of high school. I asked for a timeline of at least looking at our vehicle and got from the original assistant service manager in text that my vehicle is in good hands and they would let me know when it was finished. I never got a timeline until the vehicle was being worked on. I was from out of town which made this very difficult for me as I had to return in time for rental return and had to plan for trip back to grapevine. It all worked out in the end. But better communication in the beginning would have been wonderful. I believe it did take to long to even look at my vehicle. And I don’t think it should take as long as it did to have my vehicle repaired.
