No need for contact. Bridget was fine. Your policy of making appointments when you’re multiple days behind is unsatisfactory. Granted, I received a loaner car but that isn’t convenient for my circumstance because of free parking at DFW with my regular car (special plates). I had to leave my car with you to get in the queue. I was told you were 4 days behind. I dropped my car off on 3 June and it wasn’t even looked at until Wednesday, 12 June, well past 4 days. I understand wanting to keep your mechanics busy but why not stop taking appointments for a few days when you’re that far behind? Bridget isn’t at fault here, your management is. I think you need to amend this policy. Bridget shouldn’t be penalized for your scheduling practices

Ultimately you made me happy but I would be dishonest if I said I was completely satisfied when my vehicle that I dropped off at noon on a Friday was not taken care for a simple oil change until the next morning. I understand things happen and an internet outage is certainly a hurdle for operations but for it to be forgotten about is certainly not ideal. At the end of the day though the advisor who found the issue, Pete, was honest and up front with me and didn’t try and bs me about what happened and for that I appreciate it. The situation could have caused me to go elsewhere for my service and vehicle needs in the future but his handling of it after the fact will keep me coming back.
