Terrible service and complete disrespect of the value of my time. I made an 11am appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. Tyler, my service manager, said it was be approx 1hour30-1hour45min, which is reasonable. At the 2 hour mark, not hearing anything from Tyler, I ventured out to the bay that I dropped my truck off at a little before 11am to find my truck had only moved 20 feet and the service hadn’t even begun. When I asked Tyler how much longer remained on my service, he checked around and then informed me that it was next to go into service. Why, at the time that I was originally promised my truck back was I 1) having to go to Tyler for answers and not him reaching out to inform me of the delay 2) the service bay so delayed that they couldn’t get an oil change and tire rotation taken care of in a reasonable time (the answer is there were only 3 mechanics working, might want to keep that stuff more confidential and not yell it between service managers) 3) does ford and it’s representatives think that people are just wanting to sit around all day and wait for their vehicle to be serviced? I wasn’t a walk in, I thought ahead and made a reservation for my service needs and they were not met. I left the dealership without my service being completed and now I’m getting emails from Tyler saying that they had in fact completed my service, etc. Grapevine ford has lost my service business. They have lost my new vehicle sales business (of which I am in the market to purchase 2 new vehicles within the next 6 months) and Ford as a whole has potentially lost my business because I refuse to believe that they can be represented this poorly

Eddie was amazing. I was supposed to have a different advisor but now that I have Eddie, I will definitely return for service as long as he will be my advisor. I will not work with anyone else. His personality is friendly and welcoming.

I really appreciate the customer service delivered by Pete all through my service process. It was an excellent customer experience. My largest concern with Ford dealerships and their quik lane oil and filter change is the extremely long service time of 1.5 hours. There must be a better method of scheduling and quick turnaround for loyal Ford customers.
