Disappointed however because I had a question about the power steering on the T-Bird and I can understand that Tyler may not have had any knowledge about the subject but when I went to the service manager booth to question him he too had no knowledge and suggested that I get it diagnosed by a technician of course for a fee. I would think he would be knowledgable enough give some info on the subject or at least ctc the mechanic to query him. I have had this T-Bird since 2003 and also a couple of Toyota's and when I go to Freeman about a question of concern they always make a special effort to give me answer. I guess this is why for daily workhorse drivers Toyota is my choice. I will check with 5 star Ford in Haltom City as they were more helpful in situations as this and guess that is why I need use them in the future even though they are a little further away. That being said Tyler was great.

Aaron was great. Only issue was with tech that did tire rotation. Picked up the vehicle and had a warning light for 2 tires with low air, so had to make a stop and put air in the tires. Tech should have checked the air pressure when doing the rotation.

I left my truck on a Tuesday morning and called the following Tuesday morning, one full week and was told they still needed to troubleshoot the problem. It’s a simple suspension issue that makes a popping noise. Wasted a ton of my time. This was also after a repair for the same thing previous that stopped the squeak but not the pop.
