Laura was great. My problem was the fact that Ford tried to charge me to tell me how much parts would be to fix a couple of minor things....$169 to give me pricing to replace weather stripping and the light in the driver side visor. The light, mind you, I had asked to be replaced at least 2 previous times I brought the car in for repairs but the vehicle is now out of warranty and I am not paying almost $400 for. This may have been the last straw of being treated poorly by Grapevine and you will probably not get any business from me.
