Laura was great. My problem is completely with Ford. I honestly feel the fact that you all and Ford refuse to take ownership for a known faulty part is just not excusable! Essentially given that FORD acknowledged that these modules are faulty , settled a law suit days before trial regarding them but yet REFUSES to issue a proper recall!! This warranty extension crap is bull ****, especially in my case where I am the 3rd owner and neither of the previous owners could be bothered to have it fixed while covered. So I’m now stuck either paying an outrageously overpriced amount for you to fix or just deal with the car being a **** because Ford and your dealership refuses to do the right thing. I can tell you and the **** head management of Ford that I Considered buying a new escape to replace our CRV but now I refuse now purchase any Ford Auto based on the fact Ford and their dealerships are crooks! I’ll replace the CRV with a new CRV it’s a shame that a Japanese Auto is more dependable then anything made in the US by Ford! Believe me I will steal everyone awY from Ford and over to Honda! And you can tell Detroit that and I will contact our senators and representatives and give my opinion that the people of this country should never bail out Ford again!

Pete did great. Made it really easy to get my car in and out.

Pete provides truly outstanding service. I came in a couple of months ago when I paid for a battery but didn’t get one. The next day the battery died while I was out shopping. I got a jump and drove to your dealership. I was madder than old wet hen. Pete diffused the situation and got me out of there in record time. I left happy as a lark.
