Tyler was great and he did everything he could to make things right. If you have customers make an appointment that time should be considered the starting point of their service. If Ford had done that my oil change would have been an in and out. Instead you had to pay for a Lyft ride leaving and one to pick me up. Then on top of that my Lyft ride that was supposedly scheduled for 2:30 did not get scheduled until 3:30 and then canceled 15 minutes later. When I called to reschedule a Lyft they could not get anyone to answer the phone. She had to send an urgent email to get them to schedule another Lyft. I did not get to the dealership until almost 5 and then had to deal with more traffic. It was not a great experience. Like I said this is not on Tyler. He called to find out why I hadn’t come to get my vehicle and then called again to make sure the Lyft driver actually arrived. My issue is with Ford and their appointment system. What should have been an hour took from 11:20 till 5pm. Really not acceptable.
