First a tire was popped but was replaced Second I had to drive back to the dealership to get my wheel lock key. Third- my truck was not washed -I was told the car wash was broke but I saw a line of vehicles that were ready to go and they had all been washed.

Service was extremely slow I had an appointment and it was supposed to take 2 hours, I got there at 9:15 and left at 1:20. There is no way it takes 4 hours to install a set of running boards and tags
