Andrew is a true professional, very communicative and friendly. It is a pleasure having my 2019 Raptor serviced at Grapevine Ford. This is my first Ford product out of 20+ vehicles owned and he’s made the ownership experience that much more pleasant.

By far the worst dealership experience I've ever had in my life. Vehicle ran out of gas and they said I have to replace the fuel pump which was $1,600. I asked multiple times for the pressure and they could not give me an answer. After taking it somewhere else they checked the fuel pump and it was fine. Not only did my experience with Grapevine Ford cost me 2 tow fees, they they tried to charge me $2,000 for something that cost me $200 at another shop no. Service technician Laura was very rude and sent me emails in all caps because she did not want to ask the technician what my fuel pressure was. I will never take a vehicle to Grapevine Ford or recommend Grapevine Ford to anyone. Not only will I be sending this to you all I will also be posting multiple reviews online letting people know or should I say warning people not to use your company
