My keys were miss placed and left in another vehicle. I was able to get my car, because I had a spare. My service was performed on Friday; I still don’t have my key.
I would have also liked to have been informed about the recall on my antilock breaks and given the opportunity to have the service performed while my car was at the dealership. Now I have to come in for a third time (when I came in the first time the part they needed was back ordered), both to get my key and to have the antilock break issue addressed.
