Overall, Chris was nice, but it took 10 days to get the car looked at after scheduling the appointment 4 weeks in advance. Day the car was picked up everything with valet service went well, but when the car arrivedAt the dealership none of things I requested when scheduling the appointment were in the appointment request from when I scheduled it. For example, I asked for the car’s backup camera to be fixed and to have the inside professionally detailed (agreed to the price) and was told that would be done and it was not listed and ended up not being done. The car mats were cleaned but the inside walls, doors, cup holders and carpets were not cleaned or detailed as requested. Since I was not charged I guess I am not as angry, but the car was there for 10 days. I had to wait 7 days for the backup camera to be looked at which was way to long for an appointment scheduled in advance. I scheduled it as a way to avoid the long wait. Seeing that it did not get fixed and I now have to bring the car back to get the part installed I am not sure how long that will take. Not sure with everything going on, but felt like Chris was just swamped and he was trying hard. He was always pleasant and wanted to help.

Jody was great. The only item that could have been better was the detail cleaning on my truck’s interior. The bottom cup holder tray still had part of an old drink spill remaining.

Chris - Sheridan’s 2014 Ford Escape. My son Preston spent over 2hours at the dealership today to pick up the new key fob we paid for. Fernando helped him. Both keys were left in the center console. Preston came home, picked the fobs up, and the original one dropped the key out. It is missing the internal part that keeps the key in place. Maintenance needs to fix/find this. Preston was taken advantage of and this needs to be resolved. Please have someone contact me tomorrow-I will come myself. Tracy Sheridan ****-****-xxxx

The Lincoln dealership put the wrong tires on my MKZ. The speed rating is wrong. I’ve called several times and they won’t return my call about the wrong tires. I wasn’t happy with the experience. The tires the technician installed were v rated the car required w rated. Thank you Anthony R

Andrew is always very helpful, very professional and guides me with my service needs. He also keeps me up to date on progress and coordinates a smooth and to end process. I actually ask for Andrew each time I come in because I like knowing someone who knows my vehicle. It’s an extra personal touch that lots of dealerships don’t have.
