I made an appointment for my car. They did not look at my car for 7 days! When they finally diagnosed it they had to order the part then they discovered they didn’t have the tool to fix it. They ordered the tool but again they weren’t going to receive it for over a week so I picked my car up on the 10 th day. I now have to take it back for the fix. I was dissatisfied that my service agent did not call me to update on the status as it sat there for 4 days with no one looking at it. Why make an appointment if they knew they weren’t going to look at it for 7 days?
