Dan was highly professional and courteous.
It is the check-in process that Tom Bell has.
It took 35 minutes to drop my truck off for service and get out .
The paperwork process/system seems cumbersome and takes too much time.
I had a 7 am appt, arrived on time , and wasn’t done until 7:35.

It took 3 1/2 hours to do a thirty minute oil change, I showed up early and parked my truck in line a minute and early at 12:59 only to wait so long that I feel like a complete idiot. My money sure gets taken on time, but my time is worth less than nothing and I feel completely disgusted, disappointed and completely disrespected buy the way I was treated today. I will no longer service my vehicle there absolutely not, not a chance in hell.

prior to me going in I let them know what service i wanted. I'm not sure how it happened but i ended up paying for something i didn't want and it was too late by the time figured it out. my appointment was at 1:30 and my vehicle wasn't ready until past 5 when Damon told me it will only be one hour and a half
