I specifically asked for the VIP car wash because I had a ton of crumbs/dirt in my backseat and I wanted them vacuumed. I paid the Extra money just for this simple request and I was very disappointed when I opened the door to see it was not vacuumed, yet I was still charged. I was at Tom bell for over 3 hours and paid nearly $600 for all the services. It would have been nice if I didn’t feel scammed.
