My service Rep Daniel Burrus was excellent! However, the battery which i bought from Tom Bell Chevrolet in 2017 failed so my warranty allowed a free replacement but Tom Bell charged $50 to install, REALLY? With today's Covid-19 events,people are out of work, Tom Bell charged me? OMG!

When we picked it up we noticed that the light went on that said”service engine soon “ what’s up with that?? When we bought the car 4days ago you’re handed us a paper that said it was just SERVICED!! When we come to drop it off this week to have the part for the window fixed you need to “EXPLAIN”
Also the credit union ARRIWHEAD THST YOU FINANCED US WITH sent a letter saying they rejected the loan !!! So we want same price for car ???? we are not paying more .Also why In the world did you make us pay for those brakes you said light up more or something ...as far as we can see they are just normal like all other brakes !! Not a happy customer ...you asked I’m telling ya !!
