My only complain is that the rental was issued to me very dirty. Tons of hair inside and chocolate between the driver seat and center console. Which means with the COVID-19 issues and everyone promising to have everyone’s health in high regards. It was obvious that the vehicle was transferred from one customer to another without a proper cleaning/sanitizing.

Brian was great! He definitely put me at ease and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I’m always a little skeptical of taking my car in to the dealership but with the check engine light going on during a trip to visit family, I had no choice. The service received wasnt the best like in the past. Made an appointment to avoid being late for work and the appointment seemed not to matter service still took about 2 hours for an oil change not to mention customers with no appointment got pulled in first. Plus if you offer a car wash follow through with paperwork request didn't receive car wash since I was already an hour late for work i couldn't request that it be taken back to complete job.
