Howard was great and provided open communication at all levels. My concern was that the tire reading on the dashboard indicated that the front tires and the left rear drivers side tire were at 36 lbs while the right rear passenger tire only showed 34 lbs. So in essence they did not all match. This is something that Diamond Chevrolet always made sure my tire levels were exact which made me feel that nothing was missed. The steering wheel plastic cover your company uses was left crumbled in my drink holder and I had to dispose of it. With Covid being an issue it should have been tossed prior to me getting in my vehicle. Other than that the service was good.
