Was told the repair would take a couple of days. Was not supplied a ride home. I used Lyft to get home ( cost $20). 2 hours later Service technician called and told me to pick up the car they were not going to complete the work. Told me to take it to the dealer that I bought the car from. Used Lyft to take me back to Tom Bell Chevrolet ( cost $20). So I spent $40 for nothing. If The service technician had told me from the beginning that they weren’t gonna work on it I would not have had to of spent $40 on rides to and from your dealership. WONT BE BACK

In a week had an issue and it was fixed. Had another issue and Daniel quickly handled it. Had another issue and Daniel is working on it. Hopefully my truck will be ready on Monday. Especially I only had the truck for a week and I felt like I haven’t fully enjoyed my new truck I just purchased. It seems issues on the truck fell on Daniel Burris desk and my lap due to someone’s lack of effort.
