Howard cared about us and our problem with a big bolt puncturing a front tire, a bolt we picked up driving on the road past IHop. We couldn't believe our eyes... there you folks were... a Chevy agency. We're a Chevy family... live our TRAX. At first we and Howard thought the tire was a total loss, but the honest opinion of the shop tire person and Howard, they said possibly the tire can be patched. We said ok. We drove the car home thereafter, 50 miles, THE TIRE IS FINE. Good work guys. Thankyou for your caring personable service even to out of town folks as we were. We're so grateful.

Service was a due bill for a door ding. The dentless guy did a great job. Annette, the service lady, was very nice. What was really a bummer was I asked if TB still did courtesy washes With their services and I was told yes. I only asked because the car was not cleaned properly the week before when we bought it. It was so obviously rushed through the clean service that there were Armor All type spray marks all over the side moldings and tires where it was sprayed and not even wiped. I even joked about the cat paw marks on the bumper and noticed they were still there when we were getting in the car. I mentioned it to my husband but we decided not to say anything. We were tired and it had been hours that we spent at the dealership already. I’m really disappointed with whoever is in charge of detailing and washing your cars. I worked for dealerships for six years (many years ago) and that would not have been tolerated back then. I guess it’s not so important anymore.

Brian was professional and considerate of my time. The oy negative is that the car was low 2.5 quarts of oil which had to be added by myself and son before I could leave the parking lot. This entailed me driving to Auto zone to buy oil and put in car.
The manager was also considerate of my financial situation. Both men were honest and helpful.
