When picking up the vehicle, the service advisor substituting for Annette did not mention any of the issues the techs had noticed with the vehicle unrelated to the requested items by the customer. Additionally Annette never brought those findings to my attention either. I could have added some of the minor things to the work just to get them taken care of since I had already waited two days while the vehicle was getting the other services completed. Now I might have those other issues come up and I’d have to go back again. I never got a copy of the inspection sheet either so at least I could know what I might need done sooner rather than later.

Would’ve been nice to at least get a car wash. This is the first time I have taken my car in and not gotten a wash. I would expect it for the overpriced oil change.. $104 for the same thing I pay only $80 at the Honda dealership and they do a full car wash. Chevrolet has been very disappointing

I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned a concern with some noise coming from my front suspension. I was told they would look at it and get back to me. I dropped it off at 9 am. I didn’t hear anything back all day. I showed up at 5pm to get my truck. It was not ready. I had to wait another 30 min to be helped. Then I was told they couldn’t hear any noise from what I mentioned. On top of all that my truck wasn’t washed, which should’ve been included in my service package. I didnt receive an apology for leaving my truck there for 9+ hours for a simple oil change or even an update throughout the day. This is not the first time here that something like this happened. I was very disappointed with the level of customer service and will more than likely not be returning
