Battery and drive belt, from 7am to 1130am?Ok, let's say 8am to start to 1130am and the customer is waiting. Without even bothering to inform of the situation. That's Toyota's Quality service, great. That could be done in 30 to an hour tops in other facilities. I have been a long time customer with 4 cars. Thanks for everything.
